All cancellations must be made in writing to the event organiser, Nicole Stirling, marketing director Asia Pacific & Japan, at email@example.com.
Refunds will be provided as follows:
- 90 percent refund per registrant, if request received before 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Thursday 7 February 2019. 10 percent is not refunded in order to cover administration costs incurred as part of the cancellation.
- 50 percent refund per registrant, if request received after 12 a.m. AEDT on Thursday 7 February and before 11:59 p.m AEST on Thursday 21 February 2019.
- No refund will be provided if requested after 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Friday 22 February 2019.
Refunds do not include any credit card fees or charges.
Each event registration is for one person only. Event tickets may not be split or shared. Substitutions for event registrations may be made at any time prior to the start of the Acquia Engage APAC 2019.
If you are unable to attend Acquia Engage Asia-Pacific and wish to substitute another attendee in your place, you must notify Nicole Stirling, marketing director Asia Pacific & Japan, at firstname.lastname@example.org before 10 a.m. AEDT on Wednesday 6 March 2019. Phone substitutions will not be accepted. If proper notification is not provided within this deadline, Acquia reserves the right to refuse the substitution and entry on the day.
