Understanding the need to lean out the current process for managing content, Michael created an extensive RFP to identify the right content management solution to bring his vision to life. After 20+ submissions, Acquia stood out as the only logical partner. Their unique, integrated approach to hosting, licensing, and support allowed him to meet the needs of the business while automating nearly 100 days of manual effort.
Michael engaged VML to work with Wendy’s and Acquia to bring the new wendys.com to life. In just 88 days the team successfully migrated all content, designed and developed our site, and launched in production. We have subsequently implemented Acquia Lift and are in the process of bringing all product content management to Drupal.
